Congrats!!! Excellent work for your EE mama... give her some treats for all her hard work.

We have a second one hatching now. Found out this came from an Blue EE pen mixed with Marans. Even an EE frizzle roo was in the pen. So they could be pure, or mixed babies. This second one is all black... so we'll see! :D

I love the fuzzy babies! If I get another broody hen I would like to put some Marans under her. Congrats on your new babies!

The instructions that came with my incubator says to never let the room temperature get below 59 degrees. It's a small (24 egg) incubator that I have. I don't know how big a unit you're interested in using, or how much fluctuation in ambient temperature it can handle. If you're buying one new, the manufacturer can probably give you specs. But I know that my incubator struggles to maintain temp if the room gets much below 65. I keep it in the warmest room (in the winter) in the house, so the ambient temp is usually around 72.

Have a qeustion. Im new to the hatching actually havent started yet. Im converting my old milk house into a hatchery and for goat milking will around 60 degrees be ok in the winter to keep the incubators in ? can I keep it cooler? Whats the best times to hatch?

mine will maintain temp even if the room temp drops to 30
but i would not try it as it can cause other problems such as making the eggs too hot inside due to radiant heat from the element

even tho some incubators can handle that low of room temp it is not advisable to set eggs in that low a temp as it causes the eggs to absorb more radiant heat from the elements being on longer and can raise egg temps past critical ...it is best to keep you incubator room temp between 65 - 75 degrees preferably 70 degrees or higher. Plus you don't want it in the same room you milk your goats in.
As far as the best time to hatch, that depends on your brooder setup. if you are brooding out doors then it would be march to october if indoors then when ever you have eggs.
