It's just a little birth goo from the membrane. If your chicklets tummies aren't open and bleeding anywhere they should be fine! Don't throw the eggs away without opening them first. I take a small pair of bathroom scissors and poke a small whole in the fat end of the egg and use a flashlight to look for movement. If there is movement just put them back into the incubator!
