I HAVE 87 COTURNIX QUAIL EGGS THAT SHOULD HATCH TODAY BUT SO FAR NO PIPING.

3 out and in the brooder...I had to remove them because they were pecking at my EE eggs not due for another week!! YIKES!!

I guess it got too quiet in there because now I have another egg peeping and rocking lol probably looking for his brothers and sisters HA HA

I'm still waiting to. I checked really early this morning and nothing yet. I didnt look really hard because my broody silkie wasnt very happy with me disturbing her but, they should start pipping today. I cant wait to see them!!!!

I lost my buff Orp/Aus mix today, don't know why. It was the first one to hatch, so maybe it hatched too soon. The other 9 seem healthy though!

Mine are hatching today - 12 silkies and 2 faverolles. so far I have 5 silkies that hatched, 2 zips and 3 pips.
