Anyone hatching on 20/21st August?

I have chicks due 20-25th with a four way stagered hatch in two incubators. I candled last night and removed 28 of 88 eggs. Worst I have ever had at this stage. These eggs were all shipped and some have done better than others. Several hadn't started while several have bloodrings. So I guess I got some non-fertile eggs, detached air cells, and other problems. I am trying to hatch RIR, lavender orps, buff orps, andalusians, golden lakenvelders, welsummers, BCM's. I so want those lavs, BCM's, BO and anything that will hatch and live. Worry about several of the othes that have air sac on side and can't see into the BCM's very well. Guess we'll know something by the weekend! Good luck to all of you with your hatches. This is my third try at hatching. Had a 50% and a 66% in the previous hatches but doesn't look as promising this time.

The count down on my mini says two days to go. Have the humidity well filled and the automatic turner has stopped. Saw two different eggs rock a little yesterday and am trying to keep busy. Plan to do this totally hands off. These are mixed breed eggs I got from a friend and the five that didn't go into the incubator were all definitely fertile. The ones I could see at day 7 all had developing embryo (5) so I am hoping for good things! Everybody keep your fingers crossed,!

I candled on Saturday night, and all 10 are full. I can see a bit of movement in a couple of the white ones, but my light was dying. My biggest hope is for a splash pullet out of the bantam cochin egg. The rest are mixed, and should be fun, with a bantam cochin cockerel and a polish rooster.

Come on babies, Thursday can't come soon enough!

Day 18/19 here and all 3 of my incy eggs are rocking (I know 3 is a very small number but there are another 6 under the broody hen - and I am just a beginner!)

Very excited and the incy staring as started!!

I've got 3 lavender Orps here and 3 or 4 more that have pipped and a few I cant see anything on yet.. One is weak and the yolk sac/intestine is still on the outside but it is getting smaller.. keeping my fingers crossed for that one.. He had pipped but done nothing else so I intervened.. (ya ya ya, I know)
