A pet ferret is more likely to kill your chickens then a skunk, still wouldn't let my pet skunk "play" in the chicken coop.

FL I love skunks.when I start trapping season,I always catch spotted skunks in there.They love bacon They are so darn cute!! I always let the go.Never had problems with them getting the chooks. Ever since my ferret died I have wanted a skunk.But we have way to many indoor dogs and cats.Maybe one day when I get my own place...

The still have a smell to them but they do make great house "cats." You are not aloud to have native skunks. If you live where black an white skunks are you can have gray an whites of brown an whites.
