Anyone have an idea what I have?

Peanut Butter is a Red Sex Link, Speckles is a Barred Rock, Patches is likely a Sapphire Gem (confirm bottoms of feet are indeed yellow), and Sunshine looks like a mix. TSC often buys from Hoover and the closest thing I can equate her to would be a very poor quality Partridge Rock. The other ones top to bottom are hatchery-quality Blue Lacer Red Wyandotte (single comb), Gold Laced Wyandotte, Columbian Wyandotte, Lavender Orpington, and likely an Australorp (confirm bottoms of feet are pink/white.) Edited to add that all look like pullets to me

And Sunshine. Oh and if anyone spots a potential Rooster? Please let me know! I heard one this morning give off a very loud 'croak' of some kind.
I think your holding your "very loud "croak" of some kind!" But, Im still learning all of this stuff. I hope I'm wrong. The experts on here will know for sure. Good luck.

The "Gold laced Wyandotte" has pretty blue fluff for a GLW tho. That's why I said BLRW. I'm quite sure Sunshine is an EE.

This is 'toast', so named by a 14 year old because she reminded my daughter of that morning breakfast toast. Any idea what breed she is?

Yes. They are all 11 weeks old as of today (pullets). I've been watching and listening to see if there are any roosters amongst them, but so far I only heard 'Sunshine' give off any kind of loud ... well, anything. 99% of the time, they coo and quietly cluck, but none of them are loud unless one flies up and crash lands on another.

Change in subject...
I noticed in this pictures background that you have round wooden dowels for your roosting perches.
I'm Not a perch expert but,
Chickens cling with their toes and their feet are flat.
Therefore, the roost part should be flat, but with slightly rounded corners front and back. So if you buy (for example) a standard squard piece of 2 x 2, make sure to round off the top edges.
Our Chickens feet are different than regular birds like parakeets, finches and parrots that use rounded dowel type perches.

Good eye. However, the roost is comprised of 2x2 boards. They are not round, but the edges are not sharp, they're slightly smoothed. To be honest, I had initially considered using round dowels, but decided against it, because I wasn't sure that my chickens would be able to rest comfortably on them; so I went with 2x2's.
