Anyone have luck catching a feral chicken?? UPDATE: Rooster caught, no hen

The squirrel....... He knows something! You can tell by his bitty beady eyes!

I say we question him!
You know tied to a tiny chair with a flashlight and NO nuts til he spills the beans!

Hahaha....funny stuff! :goodpost:

I wish I knew small mammal interrogation techniques....think of all the raccoon, fox, and coyote I could have questioned regarding my missing guineas! I think they were all members of the infamous MFSN (Midwestern Fowl Smuggling Network)!

Maybe even being trafficked in small dark alleys by seedy characters that were smoking cigars!

I'm weird same as you!
I'm tracking all the eggs - who laid, date, & # grams on my gardening calendar.
I don't have a scale.. Yet.
I've had some giant eggs I'd love to know the size of.

I really can't eat anything fermented. Reminds me of work too much. I also can't eat ribs for the same reason. :sick
I don't eat saurkraut, or food w bones in it. Once my mom made soup from a chicken carcass, I scooped out a bowl and there was a vertebrae in it... I dumped it out. Ribs, wings... I don't think so.

Mmmm I like bones on my steak but not in my soup

We also make homemade saurkraut from our cabbage. It's the best. The whole family gets together and we shred dozens of heads and layer it in a huge crock with salt. Cover tightly and let it sit for 6 weeks. Mmmm mmmm good!

Size and pics of crock!!!
