Poor Sesame! So, I went to my friends house to pick up a former hen. All her hens ran off except the 3 that knew me (my 3). I picked one out and brought her home. Poor Sesame is still so scared. They bumped chests and Sesame ran off hiding. She is still so scared! I swear she has PTSD! So, I am taking the other sister back and hopefully Sesame will take to the 16 bantams when they get older.
She is watching her sister as I let her out of the crate.

She reminds me of my dog Olive when we first got her. It took a good 2 years for her to not be completely scared of her own shadow. Actually we used a lot of treats & clicker training to encourage her to not run away & engage with us & then with other people & dogs.
Maybe you could integrate her in a separate fenced area & give her treats every time she even looks in the direction of any other chickens.
