I am a former chicken owner, right now I only have 1 Parrot. I got on here because I am shopping for a place to live that allows all the chickens I want! I have not kept chickens since the early 90's. But I had them over 10 years and now that we are retired, I intend to get educated on current chickendom!

I do think you need to chill to help keep them from falling apart during frying.
