Anyone have luck catching a feral chicken?? UPDATE: Rooster caught, no hen

Mmmm, dark chocolate (with nuts) is my jam!! :drool Any kind of balls with malt are nasty, agreed! (I just wanted to say balls.) Scotch, no (yuk, sorry!) but I have been having a strange craving for chocolate dipped figs lately...had them once and they were so yummy...

I think I am gonna make vegetarian sauerkraut balls (BALLS!) right now. I am not kidding. I've had that recipe on my mind all week...
Oh! I wish I was there. I want to try them!!!!
It's on my "holiday " list.

Around here, our candies of choice are Malted Milk Balls :sick (DH), milk duds (everyone), kitkats (everyone) and ANY kind of dark chocolate (moi, cause I'm snooty)

Anyone here a scotch drinker? DH and I watched an episode of MASH recently where Col Potter dipped fig newtons in scotch and we really wanna try this!

For the 2nd time today... GAWD I'm old........

They're very good, but not nearly as good as danish chocolate with scotch inside.

ETA: Dark Danish Chocolate

Looks totally disgusting... soooo, I'd eat it!!! And I LURVE LURVE LURVE your counter tops! We have so many other things to update in our home that counter tops haven't even made it ON the list... !

I'll save ya some, my friend! :) Thanks for the props on the counters, I love em too! Hubby used to be a builder. We bought this house last winter, it was owned by a 150 year old lady who died, the kitchen was really hideous. So we gutted it and completely remodeled it, it's my favorite room in the house now.

We recently adopted Buddy, who is a 3 year old terror. He has epilepsy, so is on Phenobarbital. When he is on the prescribed dose, he pees and chits whenever and wherever he wants.... he acts like he's on crack... he paces and is food aggressive... we've taken to calling him the little dooch nozzle... sorry folks..... on NO eds... he is a wonderful little fluffy muffin that we adore... but has seizures like nobodys business..... so, we dropped him to a half dose of pheno and added an herbal supplement... so now he's 1/2 fluffymuffin and 1/2 dooch.

Poor baby, it's so sad when they have seizures. And good on ya for adopting him, not everyone could deal with that. It's tough. Did you ever ask your vet about other seizure meds, like potassium bromide? May have less side effects. Just a thought!

I have a couple of pisser dogs too, drives the hubby crazy, I just love em and clean up their pee. Little dogs are notorious pissers, what are you gonna do, lol. They're our babies...

From the pee mark on my car, I have an idea. Would like to know which neighbors dog!

Had a similar issue here. It was my flower beds and #2's.

It was every Sunday morning in the rose bed right up by the house. I got up at 3am and waited. Sure as S--t a neighbor with dog on leash walked that dog right through my front yard so it could poo in my roses! Of course I ran out with a bag for her and said all polite like..."I think you are going to need this."
A few years later I put in a massive front bed by the walk .........AND a fence. :plbb

My sis has a dog with epilepsy. She takes pheno too. They monitor her very closely.
By herbal supplement do you mean...???
It's amazing what the oil can do. A lot of places will prescribe it for a pet now.

Hahaha! We must. My son has slept with me once during tornado night.
Are you SURE we don't live in parallel homes? My boy, however, is a clingy 8 y/o who refuses to sleep in his own damm bed!!! I am so sick of having sweaty butt on me all night every night... and my DH couldn't care less what I make.... cereal it in then a$$hole.

Hahaha! Mine would eat hotdogs and mac n cheese. Although the only times I have ever made hotdogs for supper is when we have leftover chili. I don’t think he has ever complained about what I cooked and if I didn’t feel like cooking, he would make a sandwich. His big downfall is being an OCD neat-freak. I know many women who would welcome that downfall.

No ideas!!!????!!!! NO IDEAS!!!!!
Hot dogs it is then!
I bet he would have ideas then!

Sorry went all pet peeve there. :hmm
When guys say "whatever" they get mac-n-cheese here.
