Crossing the Road
2 sticks of butter in a heavy sauce pan over med heat. Stir constantly til it turns a deep golden color. Almost brown but not quite. Immediately pour into a small bowl, cover and chill for 1 hour. Then put into a large bowl and mix with one 16 ounce bag of powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and enough milk for desired consistency. It is delicious.... can't compare the taste to anything else. Soooooo goodPass me the brown butter frosting recipe. I found some brown butter dark chocolate a few weeks ago. It was good, but different.
