We used to love to shine a flashlight on them until they opened up for us. As my wife pointed out, the mimosa is like the chinaberry. Quality people never have them. Only poor folks. I guess we are marked for life. They never volunteer here; I guess it is just too hot and dry. Keep your tree and enjoy it. Rufus
