Forgot to add that we are getting: 1 black australorp, 1 buff orpington, 1 speckled Sussex, and 1 Delaware.

So we've lost more than half our chicks, including all our turkeys and all our broilers and all buff orphingtons. We've had terrible storms here in Texas. I'm so sad and disappointed.

I feel your pain. My place here is a total muddy disaster.

It's supposed to start drying up now, but I have a tremendous amount of cleaning up to do.

We have so much washout damage its not funny. Our whole 2.5 acres is just a mess. Trees down, fences down and washed out. Please no more ****** rain. My ducks however loved it.

So we got our 22 baby's yesterday so far so good. One has me a little worried but will see in the morning.

I just got my ducks yesterday.. Had a bulk order with some like minded people in our area.. I'm in sc, the ducklings came from Texas.. Now I'm paranoid about the incubation period for avian flu.. My family will mutany without eggs!!
