Hi!

Wow - how was the Winter out there this year? Have you started to dig out yet????

BTW, Tigrlily - I went ahead and emailed both the Seller and ebay in the prohibited items to see what answers I can find - my next deal is to call the local USDA office tomorrow if I can't get a good answer and get them picked up ASAP.

Thanks

So glad you realize that I'm just being an old "mother hen" looking out for the new hatchlings!

Call APHIS, that's who the USDA will refer you to.

Mother Hen's make the best Mothers - that's how us "newer chickies" get to join that elite club

I've already mailed and received a reply from ebay that they are reviewing, I sent the guy an email and already have been on the USDA, CBP, and review the APHIS information so that I can call them tomorrow. I actually have a call into the USDA I made earlier today so I will talk to them again here to let them know what's going on as well.

BTW, had three Silver Phoenix hatch, unfortunately one didn't make it and I figured he wouldn't, seemed to be partially blind when he was born. I held him several times today to make sure he wasn't getting over-run by his siblings and to make sure he was getting some fluids in him. He did pick up while I was holding him but he finally decided that he deserved his little chickie angel wings and needed to rejoin the spirit world so he passed - waaahhh oh so sad, but he's not my first nor I'm sure my last chickie death.

I KNOW This is a great site to be on - it really cheers you up and you can lose yourself in all the information and threads!
