Quote:We have those here as well!!!
My husband works at Cacapon State Park and they caught 4 rattlers and 2 copperheads just last week. I only live less than 2 miles from there. To me, the only kind of snake is a DEAD ONE!
Thanks for creeping me out even more Two Creeks!
They can kill every last one of them IMO! Here they get wacked!
Being this was on state property, I did not feel obliged to kill it as its against the law:/ We had a 51 inch 10 rattle one here a while back, had<---lol
Quote:Hate to break it to you but state parks are protected land. Not only are you not allowed to pick the flowers, lol you are also not allowed to kill any of the wildlife. Crazy when it comes to venomous snakes, I know...but it's a fact. They capture and relocate elsewhere on the park property. Stupid huh.
All snakes at my house are to be shot on site!
I think I pointed out the legalities LOL
You did, lol. I just wanted to share that it's the same for the employees. I think some rules need changed myself. They have already had one lady bitten by a timber rattler this year.
I wouldn't have stayed around to even take a picture. I would have been LONG gone.
LOL, I always make sure to not incriminate myself online haha
