Anyone in WV???

Hovabator Genesis definitely over any LG, in my opinion. Most folks here who use LGs are home all day and can keep watch on them. Apparently they fluctuate temps and have a tendency for spikes, but I'd say do more research.
The peace of mind was worth the investment to me :)

Check out the IncuView on incubator warehouse also. I've been hearing good results with it, and its a mid-line price range.

I will definitely look into those some more. Thanks a lot

I'm loving the 4 OEGB hens and the Brahma rooster from you. The girls are sweet and beautiful, and the roo is taking great care of my comets. :)

Incubator is looking good with 8 golden sebright eggs, 4 SDW OEGB eggs, and 12 lavender orpingtons on day 7.

2-week old cochin/silkie mixes are looking great! 4 frizzle, 2 smooth - 3 black, 3 blue, both smooth are blues.

All my hens are laying well now. If anyone needs eggs to incubate, pm me!

I'm glad they're doing so well!! I'm sure mister moonshine picked up the free ranging thing pretty quickly?

Hey everyone! I'm in the outskirts of Morgantown. As my name says I'm a Brahma fan

. I have a small flock of fancy ones too.

What kind of incubators do you guys use? I'm in the market for one and was hoping for some input.

What kind of Brahmas do you have? Feather footed birds are my favorite! I have light Brahma trio and a buff Brahma pullet :)

I currently only have a dark and a buff hen but I'm looking to get more darks. I love most of the project colors that are out there as well. I'm not too picky, they are all so pretty and sweet. I had a flock of about 25 lights at one point.

Moonshine did, and he's doing very well. Oh, had the truck door open and they were walking around. My comets have a habit of jumping up in the truck, so I went to close the door above one's head and Mr Moonshine decided to show his displeasure. He sorta kicked his feet up at me, but more of a backward motion, didn't really come "at" me. I walked toward him and he was fine after that. ;)

Yes she is

She has a scissor beak so she is used to all sorts of attention and thinks everyone is ready to feed her 24/7
