have you got any for sale at this time?I have lavender Orpingtons, and English chocolate Orpingtons, the chocolates are small birds (bigger than bantam, but smaller than other orps) The 3 older hens that i have have been broody as &#&$!! One hen is on set #3 just this year! And she did one hatch last fall.
i also have bantam cochins, they have all taken their turns brooding too.
I've actually considered selling my whole flock of chocolates -- One cockerel, 8 hens/pullets.

thanks, but would prefer older birdsI could round up some hatching eggs, but not selling any of the birds right now. I could incubate some for you, if you want chicks.
How broody are they? I think you said they are pretty broody girls.I have a probable buyer for a trio of my chocolate Orpingtons, including my rooster, which would leave me with 6 pullets/hens, plus 2 male chicks under a month old. I won't likely keep them, if anyone is interested, I can list them here, if the deal goes thru.
