Yikes! The eyes look awful, but they are really secondary to the respiratory, you have got to attack that. You can help his congestion same as you would a baby, with a nebulizer. You can put him in a carrier or crate and cover mostly with a towel to keep the steam in. If you don't have a nebulizer, you can just put his carrier in the bathroom and run a hot shower to stean it up. A SMALL amount of chest rub on a cloth set just outside the carrier is okay, but remember that his nose is more sensitive than ours.
