It's really hard to tell with silkie-type feathers--this also seems to be a pretty young bird. A minimum two-week quarantine is recommended regardless, and if eating/drinking normally, behaving normally, etc, then can start introductions. I'd wait for this one to get a little older and hope it doesn't crow

If it's a rooster I have to take it back I have my silkie rooster and he is the only one I want lol. I always quarantine

I'm thinking female, but Silkie's are notoriously hard to sex. Do you know how old it is?

Pick it up and spread the feathers back from the comb.
