Anyone know of a purebred bantam chicken that weighs less than a pound and "looks" like a Dominique?

We have a friend that's looking for a bantam rooster that "looks" just like a Dominique and they even say it's called a "Dominique". And that it weighs less than 8 ounces. We have raised several breeds of chickens but always the BIG breeds. I had never heard of a bantam like that...anyone else? The only one that even comes close to this from what I've seen is a "Seabright". And the only things that a Dominique and a Seabright has in common is they both have black and white coloring. Any info would be much appreciated

Barred Old English Game Bantams would be small but not that small. Maybe he is thinking of a serama? I don't know.
