Since there are so many people drinking hot tea, I am wondering if any of you use a tea cozy. They are so easy to make and look so pretty on the table. They really do keep a pot of tea hot. I always buy fabric on sale and have made several for my friend's church Christmas bazaar--also the humane society bazaar.
I wanted to make a needlepoint cozy from an old Kaffe Fassett book but decided against it, time and cost. So, I just use pretty fabric and line it with white quilted cloth. Magazines have a basic pattern from time to time and they make great gifts for tea drinkers.
English Chick, all the British movies seem to have beautiful tea pots and matching china pieces. I hope you all keep that custom forever.
