Anyone order from this place

I got a catalog today from Randall Burkey Company.
They have a min of 15 chicks and shipping is good.

Anyone order from them?

I did and I wish I hadn't. Their website says that they do not charge for the chicks until they ship. I asked for them not to ship until mid-June, expecting that they wouldn't be able to before then anyway. My card got charged, so I e-mailed them asking when the chicks were shipping. I got a one line e-mail back with 'Call us in ten days or so and we'll tell you'. Who's the customer here?!
