Ok you all make me feel bad now cause all I did was eat chease and crackers and drink a bottle of wine tonight???

Oh well I am away to bed as I have grand baby here and have managed to finally get her settled down to sleep and Danny my disabled 23yr old - well we bombed him out with drugs tonight because he was up all night last night. He never sleeps and its sooo tiring after a while. So we gave him some sleeping pills and hope for the best.

That and me having wine well I need to go sleep it off a bit. Though I am good and never drink much as we have too many responsibilities! Though when I am away now that I know how good wine is it may be a different matter.

It was funny while I was doing working out with my dumbbells it took so many sets of 12 reps to get me tired from each exercise so it looks like I have to get heavier weights

I asked my mom and were going to the mall tommorow.
 
I've chased 2 toddlers all night, I'm pooped! So glass of vodka mojito and off to bed!

Don't forget weigh in tomorrow!

I'm going to attempt sit ups and crunches in my sleep tonight... I'll let you all know if it works out!
