maybe if you come across a really good healthy meal recipe we could post it? i have a friend who owns a japanese restaurant the kind where you watch the cooks show off.. knife tricks etc and she invited a group of us for lunch.. we had sukiyaki.. it was delicious.. you can use chicken or beef or your choice of meat even shrimp is good. dice vegetables.. i like chinese cabbage, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, bamboo sprouts, green bell peppers, green onions, regular onions,bok choy.. well you get the idea, just use lots of veggies.. you stir fry all in a pan in chicken broth,, then make a sauce of ... soy sauce, sherry, and a dash of sugar, taste so it is to your liking,, if too salty dilute with a little water,, pour over your veggies and serve .. good over rice . not much calories in it but it is super good for you..
