Ya, I was thinking Mareks for sure, there are just so many others. If I'm showing them, do you think their would be high risk?

yes if you are shoowing them, there would definately be a higher risk. im sure there was a thread on byc about the best vaccination for show birds/stock

Mine go into lockdown on Monday, and my "replacement eggs" come today, I think I'm going to put a little basket in for the hatching eggs, since there are only a total of 4. 2 are mine, and only 2 of the 14 from the shipped eggs. This way I shouldn't have to worry too much about them messing up the incuabtor while other eggs are developing, I hope.

Well my one little silver laced cochin that made it too lockdown hatched, as well as the 3 eggs I put in a a control, so 4 little chicks. I'll have to take pictures tomorrow. I candled my "replacement" eggs and only saw veins in 3 of them, I am done with shipped eggs, too much dissapointment. I just don't know where to get these birds, I guess a hatchery, but I'm sure the few that actually carry them don't produce quality birds. How are your guys' eggs coming?

All 4 hatched! The little bantam egg hatched in 2 hours! I couldn't believe it, my LF cochins take 24 hours! How did your hatches go?
