Once you add water for lockdown, I have had to increase my thermostat to get the temperature back up. On my incubator (hovabator 1602) it's almost a full turn. I don't think your embryo's have died. Not seeing any movement is okay, they are all ready to hatch and there's not much room in there.
Yes, you're aiming for 65%. When they start hatching and your humidity gets high, be careful pulling the vent plugs. It can lower your humidity too much and cause the chicks to get stuck in the shells. I really had to watch mine, I pulled one and watched it. Then I'd pull the 2nd if I needed, then I had to put them back in when my humidity got too low. My last chick that hatched was 3/4 zipped but completely stuck. I had to help it.
The hardest part is sitting on your hands and not opening that bator! Walk away if you have to. It takes a LONG time for them to get out, especially when you're sitting there watching.
