I thought so. I even moved it away from all the other eggs so I could remember which on it is. There was no development in the egg. But I have lots of eggs with no development that I can see anyway. I can only see chicks forming in about 6 eggs. I will toss it if it looks like that again tomorrow night.
What kind of egg is the one you can't see through? My araucanas that are growing look like that, and I can only see veining if I shine the light just right through their air cell.
Hmmmm speaking of eggs...think I'm going to take a quick video of one of my faverolle silkie cross embryos moving around lol

That is a Americauna. I have a few like that. I cannot even see veins. So excited about your video. I tried to make a video but it turn out like poo because there was no light and my camera blows.
Thats so awesome. So should I be worried that my eggs have no action at 7 days? Mine are not moving around inside!!!! Do you just use the video setting on your camera? I tried that and couldnt see anything.

Not necessarily, I had to check a couple of my eggs before I found any embryo that was close to the shell. I set it on video and turn my macro setting on. If your camera has that setting, give that a try.
I just checked all my Americauna eggs and I have no movemement. I do have something in several of my eggs where I see veins at on end of the egg and then I see a yolk that looks like its devided in half...Whats this?
