i took my newest cockerel into tractor supply the day i got him, he loved the attention!
Anyone taken their chickens into public places? petsmart?

We took 3 of our hens to both Tractor Supply and Petsmart to have their photos taken with Santa. They all rode on my lap in the car. Here is Hattie on my lap and with Santa.
They were super well behaved and everyone wanted to meet them and talk with them. I just held them the whole time. No pooping, they seemed to like the attention and I was able to tell their stories and describe what great pets they were.
It was good fun.
