I'm thinking of designing a chicken guillotine. Googling for one turned up a vintage one on ebay - was used a lot but no longer works. I guess a collector would buy it for $55, but I studied the design. It looks like an original design, the frame is welded. The blade is about 12" long and is secured to the bottom. The top bar slides up and down, and can rest on a chicken's neck, and the top has hammer marks on it. I presume that, instead of swinging an ax, you could swing a hammer (or mallet) on top of the bar. Here is the link to the picture on ebay. See what you think.
