Anyone up for a Hatchalong?

I have another trying to hatch now , l opened a small hole to check and it looks good.

I have two more in the bator and eight that Merlin is sitting on. I just put some baby plastic play fencing around him to help keep anything that hatches safe, the mini cow kept going over and licking his head.....

Is a small temp. spike of 110 going to hurt them much? It was only at that temperature for less that 6 hours.

He is very easy going and only gets upset with the other emu.

Well the little one had a rough hatch in the bator. The egg was bleeding at his navel and I had no blood stopper...... So I had to use pancake flour... So he now has the nickname Pancake. He's still alive and talking..... Moved him to the brooder.... So well see.

Not my year for Emu..... 2 left in bator ( first 2 died in shell) and 8 under Merlin......
