Nothing yet, but I think that egg E had died. I have not seen any wiggle today. I will give it until Tuesday or Wednesday, then I will crack both eggs open.
Sorry to hear that your egg stopped wiggling My egg 1 wiggled up to day 47 then just stopped, the egg was football shaped but do not know if that was the reason.
Unless he's being a spaz and thrashing around you don't need to tape the legs, taping is really overrated. It's just to keep them from getting a leg caught on something and hurting themselves if they're rolling around and kicking, it's normal for them to have a fairly wide stance for the first few days as they find their balance so it's no different than a baby trying to sit up for the first time without falling over.
The first few days are hard because you're gonna want to worry about every little thing they do but really, when something is actually wrong you'll know it when you see it so just go with the flow. They've made it through incubation, managed to pip and hatch so the hard part is over and done with.
