We have windows open much as possible.. Of course its winter here and cant hear chickens w/o opening windows....
Id like to be able to hear whats going on outside...egg song, Roo crowing, possible screeching if something bothers them, etc presently we have couple wired thermomers going to the outside out the wall thin wire of course
they are far enough away from house to not hear... but
I was thinking to use an "intercom" type devices...I want it wired only I will not use unnecessary any wireless stuff in the house....Everthing we own just about is wired.I even thew out cordless phones. Corded only devices for me...
kind of like having a speaker outside but reversed. We did have a Radio shack unit that I bought years ago to communicate with the topper of truck to the cab. Just wish someone could tell me what box to look into.......of all the still packed boxes of our move...bc
anyone do that? suggestions on brand and model numbers of units.... thanks yall
