Anyone used the wall mounted "dispatchers" I've seen on the UK sites?

I don't think birds experience pain the same way humans do. I've seen terribly injured chickens that go about their business pecking and scratching, as if they were not critically injured. They react more to fever than say, having broken toes, or rather large patches of skin stripped from them.
