I just wanted to thank you for the two silkies you gave me last week! I never thought I'd want silkies, 'cause they seemed strange to me, but now I see why people like them so much!

Would you tell me their ages again? I think you said the chick was 4 weeks old... I'll have to change Leo's name, by the way. My husband's hunting buddy is Leo - and that just doesn't work. I've been considering Larry...

Yea the kids really do love their silkes, but we are now going to standards. Hahaha! Well how about instead of Leo...Lamont? I guess you can choose. Silkes are just amazing "lap dogs.....uhh I mean chickens"

"Ghost" the white silke is about a month old yep! I hope its a she!

Enjoy and I will let you know when the frizzle babies are off the heat lamp, unless....you would like to take them and just fix up a brooder. Let me know what you would like to do.
