Anyone want to hatch with me? - Went in 01/16/14.

So I did last candelinng under broody last night out of 8 eggs set 1 didn't develop at all 7 going great due to hatch Monday. I keep going out listening for peeping. In the bator I had 8 eggs set. Lost 2 reason unknown. Canceled tonight to realize somehow my bator got unplugged temp was down to 72. I am so set 3 eggs are blue and I can't see in the. ..1 egg has white egg has active chick one is questionable one was died. Did an eggtopsy was very sad. So fingers crossed for the remaining 5

Chick-1 born 21-days 4 hours to hatch
Chick-2 born 21-days 6 hours to hatch
Chick-3 born 22-days hatch upside down died
Chick-4 will be born 23 days 8 hours still hatching
9 eggs left
What's the longest someone has waited???

Yea does the air sack suppose to be faceing up

I have also heard of using a band-aid or electrical tape and taping it to the shape they should be and leaving it on for a while- of course you should check it frequently enough to make sure that you aren't cutting off circulation to the feet. Hope this helps!

I have another chick pipping, but it is pipping halfway down the shell, closer to the pointy end! Heres hoping!

Well both Lo's were upside down and never pipped and suffocated. Hate when they don't make it, now 3 total. On a good note blue silkie made it into the world a few min's ago, 7 more to go hope they all make it then I will have white, splash, blue, black and buff. Seems that silkie hatching is my thing. Now I have 10 bcm, 14 glb, and 14 bb/pb eggs going in today.
