Anyone want to lose some weight too? So I'm not starvin' by myself?

i need to lose like 100 lbs

nothing has ever worked for me, other than Dr Atkins protein diet and that seemed to just make
me sick.

I've exercised all my life but nothing has worked other than not eating.

I'm 7 months pregnant, and actually lost 4 pounds last month. I am 5'7" and 213. i was 200 when I got pregnant, but that was just 3 months after a sad pregnancy that ended in a stillbirth.

When I am healthy and exercising, I am around 165 and a size 10, and I LOVE that size. That's where i want to be.

i don't diet, I exercise more. That seems to work better. Thankfully I have a dog that needs a long daily walk- that seems to be helping me with this pregnancy!!!
 
chickensducks&agoose, I am just today going to start altering my eating habits to see if I can get control of my weight gain. I have been comfort eating as well as I am on a medication that is notorious to cause weight gain so I have ballooned up to 180# which, for me, is about 50#'s more than I should weigh. I have got to get a handle on this or I'm gonna just scream. I can't stand it any more. I am uncomfortable in my clothing and nothing fits well, I sweat at nothing and I just have no energy and feel terrible all the time. Time for a change!

NO MORE:
sodas
sugar in my coffee
fried foods
high carb foods
over processed foods

Let's see how that goes. And small portions more frequently.

Once I start my diet, I'm going to exterminate:

All carbs
All sodas
Some salt
All sweets

Those Snickers bars on Halloween better taste great!

Brown rice and sweet potatoes for instance in small amounts is a great source of easily burned carbohydrates
