Many of us live in small towns. I have noticed that we all rely on eachother for support, knowledge, reassurance and sometimes we are only have the people on the internet.

So. Please feel free to vent,cry talk, scream or simply ask for a hug because your having a bad day.

So I will start! Had a rough start to the week. Flying to Las Vegas Sunday night, flew home having to admit husband into hospital. The birds are sick, along with 900 other things that happened in less than 24 hours.
Now I find myself trying to take a break and a breath before returning to the OR room for 12 more surgies. So I need a hug to just keep going.
