Spider patterns look very nice! The head wobble has always slightly alarmed me, though. My python was named twister ! He was a spider morph so he had a head wobble .
It was a very light head wob thankfully , not scary at all accept one time he was trying to get a thawed out rat and missed and bit my hand ! It didn't hurt that much thoSpider patterns look very nice! The head wobble has always slightly alarmed me, though.
He is very beautiful! Wow!I have had my male ball python, Snek, since September of 2018, and he was six weeks old then (I cannot do the math right now.) He is very adorable, as is yours.
I have a heating pad on the right side of my 20-gallon-long that stays at 87 Fahrenheit all the time, and a heat lamp above in the middle of the tank that is always on. These days it is warm, so he has been staying on the cool side of the tank.
From my experience, ball pythons take several days to digest their food, and I tend to stay on the safe side of that (I do not take him out of the tank or adjust his surroundings during that time).
How is your python doing now? Here are a few photos of Snek, one of which shows him at 6 weeks, and the other two of which are from sometime last year (he is a bit bigger now).

Sweet! I will check it out! What a pretty snake! I have a ball python, Betty Boop, and 2 corn snakes. Your baby looks pretty happy!
My kids and I love Snake Discovery's youtube channel. It's really educational. You should check it out - no Google-fu required, lol.
Great name, btw. We're fans here too.
I LOVE that channel too
Back when I had a ball python I used a book shelf with glass , took out the shelves and installed a light ( not for heat ) and a heat light on the top , I would turn the light bulb off at night and leave the heat light on .
I think mine pooped when he felt like it
Hope your husband has fun with his snake (and awesome name by the way)!
Have you held her yet ? You'll love it once you doHe is loving his snake! He "wore" her as a bracelet while he played video games. You can tell she's getting more familiar with him, and is less hesitant to crawl towards him.
My hands get dripping wet every time she comes near me. I'm slowly getting over my fear![]()
