Personal experience here.
I have helped 2 people actually heal their Crohns disease and IBS, just by showing them how to eat real foods and good bacteria.
I did PM the OP, with the details.
Can do the same for anyone else that wants to go natural.

I had a sigmoidoscopy due to the fact that my Doctor thought I had Crohns, but he ruled that out. So, they say it's IBS. My bowels are much better when I take vitamins on a regular basis, but they do nothing for the nausea. I actually vomit every morning ( I know that is gross, sorry) But, afterwards, I feel so much better. Sometimes, I can eat and not get sick again, and other times I eat and get so sick and start sweating and I get dizzy and feel horrible. Almost like a really bad hot flash.

Very rarely can I eat sweets, I have to really be craving them or else I am in trouble.

Not sure why he chose the Prozac, maybe he thought I was stressed and thought it would stop the cramps. I use to have anxiety attacks, but haven't had one in over 14 years.

Anytime I eat, my stomach swells up so bad, that I literally look 7 months pregnant. My girls sometimes ask me if I am pregnant

I tried drinking some stuff for yeast

Hopefully, one of us will find something that helps.

Real food and Probiotics made with raw milk and also Kombucha.
I have piles of other info.....
When you heal your gut, you heal stuff like IBS.

IBS, Crohns, Ulcerative Colitis...those are just by products of processed foods, and using drugs to "heal".

Well my experience with Kombucha was that I felt immediate relief because of it's acidity, however the yeast in it was actually contributing to the reaccuring pain from the H. Pylori that I was infected with, some people with Candida also cannot take Kombucha because of the Yeast...

Interesting. Kombucha cleared my yeast.
Did you make it yourself? Was it fermented enough? Or still sugary?

A few things to note about Kombucha and the first 2-3 weeks of drinking it.
Always start with 1 ounce per day, for the first 2-3 days. Then slowly up the amount.
That way, the detox you will go through, will be managable.
If you drink it fast to begin with, you will be miserable.
It mobilizes heavy metals, overgrowth of yeasts, and anything else that has built up over your lifetime.

Its very common for people to think they are allergic to Kombucha, when actually, its just doingits job a little to fast

I took detox baths, something everyone should do, during the first two weeks.
Hot bath, 3 cups of sea salt (never table, as it has aluminum in it) and 1 cup of apple cider vinegar.
Soak as long as possible, and then jump in bed with lots of extra covers, so you will sweat plenty.
Enjoy a hot cup of herbal tea afterwards as well.

YEAH!!! I now own interest in milk cows. Raw milk! Plus cheese and butter. Now the questions begin. I can get the cultures for milk or water kiefer. Which is better? Or both the same? what is kombucha?
