Anything else I can do for a "runt" baby silkie?

Baby is still alive 11 days old now. Same symptoms. I talked to the vet and they said maybe the stool sample was too small for eggs to show? Im not sure if I should feed it the cocci meds if there is a chance she doesnt have it? Will it make matters worse if she doesnt have it? She tested negative for it.

She is still a little young for coccidiosis, although it is possible. It is more common about 3-6 weeks old. I would give the Poultry NutriDrench right now, and if at any time you want to treat with Corid, it won’t hurt her. But she has to take enough of the water. Corid is not an antibiotic, and it is not hard on the chicken.

It's so sad. She has the will to live trying to stand up frequently and peeps a lot but she cant balance at all. Yesterday she was able to take a couple steps and now she can hardly stand. She is only eating when I syringe. Sometimes I wonder if it's better just better to have the vet put her out of her misery. My other chick is obviously lonely without her we hold him every night and her also. I show them to each other and when she peeps he gets quiet and listens it's such a sad thing to see. My breeder told me she would give me another chick to keep him company if she passes away. I am at a crossroads right now. Going to try until Mondays visit. What do you all think? Am I horrible for thinking these thoughts? Sorry if I'm asking for therapy it's just my first time and I don't know how things are when they get sick. Do most people try as hard as I do? I've been up at 3 am every night syringe feeding and leaving work to feed her on my lunch break. Am I taking this too far?

Up to you how far you take it.
Personally I euthanize any chick that can't eat/drink on it's own after a couple-few days. Have tried to 'baby' them along farther and it never panned out, why let it suffer.

She is still alive this morning and is eating with syringe but cant stand anymore. I might move forward w euthanasia sooner that I thought. How exactly do you go about it personally? Do you take to the vet or something else

How exactly do you go about it personally?
I have a pair of dedicated, brand new, very sharp by-pass pruning shears to remove head for instant death. Hold body and wings in hand use one finger to hold head down on other side of blades then cut fast and firmly. Watch you don't cut that finger.
Some folks wrap chick in paper towel so they don't have to see, but that can impede and dull the pruner blade. Fairly 'easy' on a chick less than a couple weeks old, but I do have practice from slaughtering. Killing any bird is never really 'easy', but sometimes it has to be done.
