Yeah, you need to use regular mobile, the app was made for the previous platform... new one has not been made...

I am having the same problem. But if you open BYC on Safari, you will basically get the same thing as the app. Then, if you add it to your homescreen, it will be even more like the app!

If your on iPhone just use the safari and sign in the site. I deleted the app from my iPhone over a year ago since it never worked since the IOS update before iPhone 6s.

The new platform is adaptable, only difference from a computer to mobile is screen size... as the screen shrinks, a few perk options may not be accessible, but there really isn't a need for an app...

The only problem is that on the mobile safari site I keep getting the annoying App Store pop up that’s been a problem for a few weeks so sometimes it’s useless because that happens so much. :/
