Still nothing to report here either. Day 20 is Thursday (today). Hopefully we will have some action by the afternoon.

My temps were fluctuating a bit last night and today too. But not too bad. Humidity still at about 68%.

Good luck everyone!

p.s one thing I do not like about my incubator 2362n hovabator is the little itty bitty windows! makes it really hard to see and watch all of the eggs

My picture window incubator is full of more eggs. But I wanted to do a full 21 days in each one to see how they both worked. But after these 2, I will be using the picture window as my hatcher.

I have a couple of questions. I've hatched ducks but not chickens - I have that incubator humidity set at 65... most of them have pipped or at least made that little dent... are they going to dry out... or maybe they will finish up in the morning. I don't want to turn the humidity too high. My other question is I have a duckling that is two days old can my chicks go in the brooder with the duck and can they eat duck starter... I do have medicated chick starter, but I've heard the duck can't eat that. Thanks.

Ducks should not have medicated food. Is it "flock starter" if so, I dont see any reason a baby chicken couldnt eat it.

Not sure about humidity on hatching ducks.

The chicks will probably be fine in the brooder with the duck. You just want to pay attention to the size difference if they start to get stepped on or something, i would separate them.

Oh come one.. give me a sign! Just a little sign to say that you guys are still alive and that I haven't roasted you yet. I beg you! Give me a sign! Rocking, chirping, pipping, hatching.. anything.. just give me a sign!
