Hi All! Mind if I join your Hatchalong? This will be my very first time to hatch a clutch myself. I usually get at least one broody hen a year and let her do all the work but they are getting older and no signs of broodiness and we need to replenish our laying hens so I get to be the Broody Old Hen this time lol So I'm definitely learning as I go. I have the Nurture Right 360, let it run for several hours yesterday to make sure it would stay at the correct temp and humidity, etc, and then at 8:30 pm last night put in 22 eggs. They will be quite interesting. I have an EE roo and my hens are columbian wyandotte, barnevelders, silver laced wyandotte, one easter egger hen, and buff brahma bantams. So who knows what all of those mixed with my EE roo will turn out to be, I'm excited to find out lol Hatch date is April 13th, I can't wait! So I may have lots of questions etc along the way, hope you don't mind!
