April 2023 Hatch-A-Long

Pics
try checking for chirps or pecking/kicking or internal pips maybe? Are the eggs big, if so they make take a bit longer as its only day 20.
They are Wyandotte/Orpington crosses, so decent sized eggs.

I’m not really worried. When I put them on lockdown Wednesday night they looked good but no internal pip yet. I may candle one or two tonight if I don’t see any external but I’m not worried yet. If there’s still nothing happening Sunday night I’ll be worried

I love (if no external pips) taking them out and listening for them peeping in the egg. :)

Here's a little photo of the mama with two of her chicks:

Contact your propane company, or the manufacturer of the gas generator - see if they offer the correct orifice parts to convert it from gas to propane. We've done that with all of our gas appliances when we moved out here where there's only propane or electric.
Unfortunately, that wouldn't be an option although it would have been a great idea if it had.

I live in a trailer (caravan for our European friends) on my daughter's property, and the generator is hooked up to her house which is currently heated electric (planning on changing that!). My propane is through two 40lb cylinders, although I also plan on changing that to a big 250lb one. Eventually.
