I make all of our bread here....I actually mill the wheat berries, use olive oil, sea salt, honey....I was wondering if I could make extra to sell at the next swap? I'm also thinking of some crafts and things that I'd like to make and sell....are there restrictions on those kinds of things?

I'm hoping to have some silkie chicks to bring too...

And maybe some Button Quail from Garrie Landry's lines...again

I had so much fun yesterday, I'm really looking foward to the next one!

Oh and on another tangent...has anyone set a date for May? Can I request the 23rd? We're leaving for a homeschooling trip to DC on the 24th....

I *might* have started Wyandotte chicks for this swap. I was sure I was going to but now I have people lining up for my extra chicks just from word of mouth. I only have 14 to get rid of! The first person waiting is kicking around the idea of buying all 14. It's just amazing, everyone wants chickens so bad this year! If I do have any left for the swap they will be about 9 weeks old and I should know with reasonable certainty which are pullets and which are cockerels.

BTW, I met someone at the March 21 chicken swap that raises blue laced red Wyandottes, they had black and red sex-links at the March 21 swap and a blue silkie cockerel. Is that person on here or does anyone know who that person was?
