to sell on the 26th...we will have 2 roos one Cuckoo Maran, 1 golden polish, 2 golden lakenvelder hens, 18 laying EE hens, 1 silver laced Polish hen, and 1 belgium antwerp bantam hen. We'll start a new flock when we get the house sold and we find suitable housing. All are laying well...1/4 of the EE hens are just into their 2nd year of laying...rest were started last fall and just started laying a few months ago. I'll OF course...still bring the soap!! OH...and 1 Barred Rock hen that we got from chickn last fall and SHE just started laying these beautiful pink/brownish eggs...

Girls are prepared for it...we are looking for a bigger house with barn/business zoned so we can expand the soap. I just do not have enough room to soap here...plus the house is just too small. Kids are growing up fast...we've been here 10 years now...and the schools speak for themselves. We want to move closer to our Charter school in Surry, NH....plus I'm hoping to be working up that way and it'll be an easier commute for kids school and my work.

surry, nh local drive to all chicken swaps?
that sounds nice, then it isnt so sad.

i am looking forward to having my own pet twerp then! awesome

Yes they are pretty and I want one of those Flurry D'uncles or whatever you said they were. The little Rooster is doing fine and all the chicks are doing great! I just came in from giving them mashed up veggies, they went nuts over it. I could sit and watch them all day

Mille Flur D'Uccles LOL.
I think Chiken had some
Chickn, oh chikn to the front desk please.....

I wish my little hen would start laying soon, but from what I have been told they take a little longer to lay eggs.

Glad the babys like their veggies, make them strong and good producers for you.
glad that little roo is doing well, he is such a sweet little guy.
