I had been waiting with great anticipation for the latest 04/01 joke, so I smelled at rat pretty fast. Fantastic spoof though!

For one thing, the promise that GFM would have first pick and then it would be hinged on number of posts for non GFM? Nope. Nifty doesn't give special favors. He's evenhanded.

I posted a test post "Does anyone remember what today's date is?" And it disappeared in a hurry!

Then I just HAD to play along. I got zinged last year, because I was hatching chicks on April Fool's Day - and every time I said a chick had hatched..............

I had hatched a "BYC member".

GOOD ONE NIFTY AND STAFF!

I was with ya ranchhand. The first year I was on BYC it was awesome!!! Then when the second year(2009) came around I was waiting for something to go down. But when it rolled around, I had forgot all about it. So once again I was dooped! So when I logged on this year, I knew right away the EggCell was a prank. But kept quite so others could enjoy the fun.
