WANT! WANT! WANT! I want to do this!

We have seven young ladies who wont be ready to lay until August or so. Can we still be put on the list?

2 Americaunas - Lucy and Penny
1 Barred Rock - Miss Jimmer
1 Buff Orpington - Hop
1 Australorp - Anakin (Ani)
1 Rhode Island Red - Obi wan Kenobi (Obi)
1 Ancona - Chickadee (Chicky)

What a great idea!

Fabulous idea! I would love some bragging rights!

I have four LF and average about 19 eggs per week.

Most States require that restaurants buy from a someone/business who has an egg handlers license.

There are specific requirements for handling, storing and washing eggs.

5 speckled sussex hens, about 18 per week right now (they are young-- 10 months)

Names: Gertrude, Lucy, Alice, Betty and Rose

pips&peeps :

I was wondering about that too.

Also, will the inspectors be aware of things such as molting and slow down periods?

If I had a license, I wouldn't want to be responsible for other people's eggs.......

I only am aware of what happens at my farm and how I feed and manage my birds.

Count me in!!! This would be an excellent way to pay for feed.
I have 5 five hens laying now, Corronation Sussex from Greenfire Farms, French Black Coppers from Bev Davis and lav Orps from Hinkjc, I was wondering what I could do with those eggs.
