My 1st attempt at hatching chicken eggs...>today is day 7 for me, will candle sometime this week. I only have 8 eggs, so either I get lucky or nothing. Not out any money on the eggs since they were free...trial & error hatch.
If all goes well may see some chicks on March 27th or 28th.

that seems strange really, when you think about it, you'd think eggs would feel heavier with a chick growing inside, wierd.

I am headed into day 4, I guess that's too early too candle hey? hahah, curious to see if I can see any changes.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to peek at a few would it?

I just put 41 eggs in the incubator for the first time. If I continue checking on them every 15 minutes, it's going to be a LONG three weeks [IMG]

I am due April 2, and I have a TON of eggs in. I need to count. Some are test eggs, so they may not even work.. some are in my great brinsea and others are in my iffy styrobator. I hope something hatches!! [IMG]
