Tam'ra of Rainbow Vortex :

So far 14 of 28 are hatched! The teacher in charge of the project said that 20/28 were developing normally at day 15, so a few more might be on the way.
All the peeps so far are black, some with white wingtips or tails, no sign thus far that my secondayr roo had any influence on the gene pool at all. Maybe some are just dark blue? We can hope!

I'll join the April Hatch A-long!!

This is my first attempt at hatching. I have 2 pekin/runner crosses and 3 runners that are on day 25, and some white rocks that are on day 18. Lockdown started today, all 5 duck eggs are rocking and last I checked many of my chicken eggs looked viable. Hoping for a good hatch!!

It's so exciting to read about everyone's babies that are hatching!!

My duck eggs started rocking yesterday, and this morning we can hear some peeping coming from the eggs!! Woo-hoo!!
